Your pack shipment

We pride ourselves on our quick order turnaround, and normally all orders are manufactured and dispatched within a week from receipt of payment (Unless it's a larger order which may be longer). If you require a quicker turnaround please see our Custom & Special Orders for details of our Express service.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery and charges

Standard Delivery

Please note standard delivery are not guaranteed delivery times-please note that delivery times may vary from the estimates given and may be longer than expected. As soon as a garment is completed we will always post your items a.s.a.p. Although if you have a tight deadline, we suggest you upgrade to Royal Mail or Courier next day guaranteed delivery, to try to guarantee expedient postage.

If you do have a tight deadline, please contact us as we can usually help you.

If your garments don't arrive on time for your deadline and your order left us on schedule. We are afraid no refunds can be given, however we will do everything we can to assist you in any claims process against the courier.
